5 health benefits of honey
Most of us know that honey has many health benefits. It has been used for ages and has a very strong medicinal history. Honey is made up of glucose, fructose and contains many minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphate, sodium chlorine, potassium, magnesium essential for the human body. The possible health benefits of consuming honey have been documented since ancient times including its healing qualities. In most recent years, many research studies have shown the health benefits of honey.
