Have you heard of the BMI? The body mass index (BMI) is a metric based on your height and weight, and it is used to determine if a person is obese, overweight (but not obese), has a normal weight, or is underweight. However, the BMI has some drawbacks. It may not be the best way to size up your shape and it says nothing at all about your fitness level.
