Uncommon signs of systemic absorption include:headache, dizziness, nervousness, sleep disturbances and irregular heartbeat.

Prior to taking this medication tell your healthcare provider if you are allergic to acetaminophen, isometheptene, or dichloralphenazone, to chloral hydrate or if you have any other allergies.
Inform your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of:heart/blood vessel disease, eye disease, kidney disease, liver disease, high blood pressure, history of drug abuse, depression, stomach/esophagus problems.
Since this drug may make you dizzy or drowsy, do not drive, use machinery, or do any activity that requires alertness until you are sure you can perform such activities safely. Avoid alcoholic beverages.
This product contains acetaminophen, which may cause liver damage. Daily use of alcohol, especially when combined with acetaminophen, may increase your risk for liver damage.
