Side Effect:

Acetasol may temporarily sting or burn your ear for a minute or two when first applied.

If this continues or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor immediately if you develop:skin rash, itching, burning, redness, swelling or pain in or around the ears.

A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including:rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing. ...
